A challenging, dynamic, nonstop total body workout. Strength, agility, multi directional movement, balance, power and focus. This class has it all.

This 45-minute class includes intervals of conditioning with more emphasis on strength and resistance exercises.

 

 

UBH Group Strength 101

9:30am - 10:15am

Attending your first group training class can be intimidating. So don’t do it alone! Check out this 101 class for UBH beginners. Get your heart rate up learning the basics of strength training such as squats, lunges, resistance band work, conditioning, and more! All are welcome.
