A challenging, dynamic, nonstop total body workout. Strength, agility, multi directional movement, balance, power and focus. This class has it all. 

UBH Group Strength

Sundays
8:00am – 8:45am (no babysitting)

This 45-minute class includes intervals of conditioning with more emphasis on strength and resistance exercises.
